	I ordered a couple of bike tyres to collect from store, I recieved a phone call saying that the tyres were not in stock as stated on the web site. I changed my order on line and when I collected the tyres there was a problem with the order number so I did not get any cashback. Better luck next time eh!

	Ordered car seats for my son which came in at around £170, that was back in August 2009, now December 2009 and still nothing, raised a Missing Cashback Claim a couple of weeks after purchase and its still sitting at "Awaiting retailer response". I'll not be buying from them again unless the cashback is paid.

	Didn't track and had to request trace from TopCashBack. Once missing claimed it appeared within 1-2 weeks.

	Was a bit worried it wouldn't track as reserving to collect in store - i know some people have had problems with this. Fortunately it tracked very quickly just have to see how good they are at actually paying out.

	Rubbish! Worst experience I have had since started using TopCashback. Purchased product in May have still not received confirmation from Halfords depite raising 2 manual claims and sending countless nudges!!! Don't rely on the cashback only purchase if at a competitive price.
