This merchant tracked quickly and confirmed, but once transaction over 100 days old simply got marked completed at £0.00. Have submitted a help request and await results - can't recommend.

It looks like I have had the same trouble as many others..Even though I have successfully opened an account and it sat on my earnings as Pending since August, the merchant has deemed that the cashback is not payable.

Seems to be a concensus here. You expect cashback, they leave it over 100 days, it goes to payable but at £0. Not impressed with cashback technique they are using. And as for the process of getting the credit card, it took 8 weeks. Avoid Halifax (who also have worst online banking I've seen in a long time)

VERY NEGATIVE NOTHING RECEIVED CASHBACK! Opened Reward acct successfully via Topcashback in Feb 2011, put a claim in March 2011 and after several nudges and hearing nothing got this reply on 10 Aug 2011: "Following further rigorous chasing with the agency that represents the Reward Current Account programme for Halifax, it is with regret that we must inform you that the decision has been taken for CashBack to not be paid over on this occasion. Unfortunately it does appear that the merchant has come to the conclusion that you will not be eligible for this CashBack, and we must now consider this decision as final in that we cannot query this for you again. Please be assured that we have exhaustively followed this up for you through all of the channels available to us, unfortunately a portion of all claims are likely to be declined, and I can appreciate that this can be become all the more frustrating when we must wait for several weeks for a decision to be communicated to us. Please accept out apologies for any inconvenience, and we do hope that any further transactions you go on to make go a lot more smoothly and hassle free for you." I was entitled to the cashback but HALIFAX are not offering what they are promising which is most unfair. I have never experienced this with any other retailer. If Halifax do not want to part with their cash they should not promote their products until false pretences.

Opened Halifax reward current account over 10 months ago, waited this long for £35 cashback. Got news today halifax not going to honour the cashback. Did everything Halifax asked and still have the current account open and in full use. TopCashback know from all of the reviews that the Halifax cashback is at best Very unreliable and yet still actively promote it. Topcashback seem reluctant or unable to contact the supplier on your behalf. The note TCB sent to me doesn't even suggest that they have spoken to halifax at all on my behalf ! I suggest that if you really want the Halifax product you might try a different cashback site.

Have waited over 6 months to receive cashback for opening 2 halifax accounts for internet banking due to receive £35 each account have had nothing and both been declined. Dont go to halifax if you want to receive cashback.

Well, it tracked to 'Confirmed' pretty quickly. Hopefully, it'll become payable in due course.

Opened reward current account sometime ago, waited this long for £35 cashback. Got news halifax not going to honour the cashback. Did everything the company wanted, still have the current account open. Don't think you will get any cashback from halifax via topcashback, so go somewhere else.

This is my final update on my experience with the Halifax All-in-One Credit Card. Months after it should have become payable, my cashback has finally made it from "pending" to "payable". Just like everyone else here, in the process it has gone from £10 to a big fat zero - even though I've complied with all their requirements and then some. TopCashBack refuse to even look at it "as more than 100 days have passed". The whole thing stinks: Halifax are clearly playing games here and TCB have abdicated their responsibility. So: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SIGNING UP FOR THIS CARD IF YOU EXPECT CASHBACK. You won't get it. And: Don't expect TopCashBack to fight your corner or even show any interest when you don't get the promised cashback.

Applied in july 10. Has suddenly become payable at £0.00. More than 100 days have passed so can't claim on this. Unimpressed!

Successfully applied for a card in July 10 and have used it since. Tracked for a while at correct amount but has suddenly become payable - at £0.00. More than 100 days have passed so Topcashback aren't interested in rasing this with Halifax. They should be removed from the site.

As with most of the other recent reviews, mine tracked immediately, showed up as 'pending' - and has done nothing since. It's been 6 months now, and I've used the card regularly, so there's no excuse. Pointles strying to get TCB to follow it up - expereince from other non-paying claims shows that they just go through the motions; I don't understand why they even pretend to be interested. Colour me disappointed. :-(

Now 7 months and still showing as pending. I put in a claim to be fobbed off with "some retailers are late paying". Is anybody actually getting their cashback from this? It's about time Halifax was removed from this site as they are getting free advertising for nothing it seems.

don't be fooled by cashback offer from Halifax. You have to use card within three months from my understanding (in small print) to qualify. Product is fine but cashback misleading.

Latest update- i took the card in June, cashback due Aug, sitting as pending up until just recently when it finally moved over to payable as a big fat ZERO. I use the card so complete scam as regards cashback offer

If everything is going ok then it is a great card to have, but if you have any problems you will have to sort them out by yourself. The Halifax are not as good as they used to be.

If the offer is still on go for it. Got paid a tenner for a credit card with one of the best 0% interest rates on the market. I was going for this card anyway to spread the cost of my car insurance, so it was happy days to get paid for it too. Got the card quick sticks (which was helpful with my premium due), no problem at all and the cash back is already confirmed.
