	I would avoid using this merchant in future due to recent discreapancies in cashback amounts awarded as well as non payment of cashback earned. I would add that when the cashback amount is correct and moves to confirmed, payment of the cashback is made quickly however, as mentioned there have been too many errors recently for my liking.

	an excellent merchant, have used them loads and they always track promptly at the correct amount and progress to payable swiftly. Not to mention they are usually the cheapest place to get airport parking! a win win situation

	I compared a carpark quote you get from them directly vs. via topcashback and the quote via cashback was more expensive which surprised me. I had an online chat with the holidayextra customer support and they confirmed that the quote you get via chashback sites will be more expensive than going directly to the site. You may want to compare the quotes and see if you get a better deal directly even taking into consideration the cashback you get later.

	Did not pay me the correct cash back! Send 20% cash back and didn't even pay 5% cash back....... Do not use this company!

	Have booked with this company at least 6 times in last 12 months and normally been really pleased with cash back from this company but this time instead of 20% advertised only got around 3%. Really disappointed with Holiday Extras and will not use again. Would give -1 if I could.

	Maybe the fastest paying merchant I have come across on TopCashBack - less than 3 weeks to payable (might have been less, but I didn't check while I was on holiday :-) ). Puts some other merchants to shame, showing how quickly it can be done, if the merchant is honest and efficient. Well done Holiday Extras and Top CashBack! BTW, the airport parking was fine too, and competitively priced :-)

	2 items ordered, one tracked immediately the other didn't. Have escalated to missing cashback but still nothing. I have an email confirming the order of the missing cashback showing it was via topcashback to holiday extras. How can it not track?

	I agree with other reviewers, this company gets business by promising large cashback percentage but then only pays out a small amount - using the excuse that we had accessed their website via a third party or used another discount code, neither of which was true. They also do not have to show any evidence when they refuse a claim on such grounds - so be warned!

	Despite no problems with previous bookings, the most recent one has only given me around half of the advertised rate. Looking at previous posts, this is a common problem. Despite months of correspondence and repeatedly given full information, I doubt the full amount will ever be paid. Will never use again!!

	Yet another person ripped off by holiday extras! My cashback tracked and became payable at a considerable lower rate than that advertised - tcb did chase but apparently it had been credited to another 'entity'. This clearly wasn't the case or it would not have been paid at all so anybody purchasing from this merchant because of the expected cashback, please be aware that you are unlikely to receive it!
