	I put four separate bookings with this Company in one morning as it offered a good cashback deal, rather than using a competitor with a lower rate. However, all four have been hugely underpaid, with the excuse that "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" - which is impossible. I only clicked through Topcashback, paid immediately and used no voucher codes - so this is an underhand method not to pay out, which they refuse to qualify. BE WARNED!

	Cashback was pending in my account quite quickly and actual cashback from merchant was available within a couple of weeks of the end date of my airport parking.

	I purchased a Meet & Greet package for Terminal 1 Manchester and expected around 13% commission. I was given 4.2%. The Topcashback website clearly mislead me into believing that a higher percentage was payable. They state its being investigated yet during this time the claim has "become payable". I am not impressed and unlikely to use Topcashback and Holiday Extras combination again. Holiday Extras are regularly offering a 10% discount to me as a regular customer and in this case I lost 5.8% by using Topcashback. That sucks!!!!

	Three months and still the cash back is significantly below the advertised rate of 18.9% at time of purchase. TCB claim that Holiday Extra are non-responsive. It is very poor from Holiday Extra when confirmation codes etc have been suplied and given the number of recent problems I am surprised that TCB continue to promote this 'offer'. Proceed with caution.

	I have now used Holiday Extra's twice for onsite airport parking (one myself and once under my spouse's account). In both instances the amount tracked at <5% when the advertised rate was 18%+. The first instance has been outstanding for 2mths the second instance for 10days but it is following the same pattern. TCB Customer Service have been responsive and claim the delay/fault lies with Holiday Extra's and that my claim remains open. The actual parking experience was very good but take this review as a word of caution and any cashback as an actual bonus.

	This was for Purple Parking at London Heathrow. Had a problem locating the carpark because Sat Nav info was incorrect - the printed directions from Purple would have got me there! Smooth service with car waiting for me at the airport on my return. Will use again.

	when booking car hire cashback NEVER tracks. Have to put a claim in constantly and then it is tracked. Would recommend putting a claim in as soon as you buy car rental & TCB address this issue please!

	Tracked quickly but not at the advertised rate of 18.9% for airport parking. The purchase amount tracked correct at £34.02 but cashback was £4.08, this equates to a 12% cashback.

	Please do not go via top cash back as the price is a lot more than the cash back. Just try going direct to the site and compare the price.

	I have recently bought this airport parking through cash back and paid £34. However, two other companies have offered me the same service at the same airport/dates etc for £26. So the £6 cash back offered seems to be wasted effort. My "no vote" above does not reflect badly upon the merchant, merely I am unable to offer a view because I have not used the service yet.

	I regularly use Holiday Extras and out of all the merchants associated with topcash back that I have used, this firm is the best by miles ! Bought holiday parking plus added extras and within minutes my transaction tracked. All Credit to them. Highly recommended AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

	Buyer beware. I was lured into this company's website via an offer on Cashback for 20% cashback. As I progressed this was then dropped to 18% for airport parking. I booked but on there website could not see any confirmation of the cashback offer. Less than 24 hours later I got cashback of £1.28 which was nothing like 18%. I then queried with the retailer who denied any knowledge of the offer and said that it was Cashback's deal not thiers. It has taken weeks and I still have nothing like the cashback advertised and Holiday Extras want to charge me £9 to cancel. This company is totally unscrupulous. Do not use them.

	Booked 2 airport parking, one tracked and paid, the other nothing. Put in a claim with cashback who resolved it in 2 days. Fantastic service from cash back. Holiday extras have always tracked previously and paid promptly. Just needed a nudge this time.
