This was for Purple Parking at London Heathrow. Had a problem locating the carpark because Sat Nav info was incorrect - the printed directions from Purple would have got me there! Smooth service with car waiting for me at the airport on my return. Will use again.

when booking car hire cashback NEVER tracks. Have to put a claim in constantly and then it is tracked. Would recommend putting a claim in as soon as you buy car rental & TCB address this issue please!

Tracked quickly but not at the advertised rate of 18.9% for airport parking. The purchase amount tracked correct at £34.02 but cashback was £4.08, this equates to a 12% cashback.

Please do not go via top cash back as the price is a lot more than the cash back. Just try going direct to the site and compare the price.

I have recently bought this airport parking through cash back and paid £34. However, two other companies have offered me the same service at the same airport/dates etc for £26. So the £6 cash back offered seems to be wasted effort. My "no vote" above does not reflect badly upon the merchant, merely I am unable to offer a view because I have not used the service yet.

Buyer beware. I was lured into this company's website via an offer on Cashback for 20% cashback. As I progressed this was then dropped to 18% for airport parking. I booked but on there website could not see any confirmation of the cashback offer. Less than 24 hours later I got cashback of £1.28 which was nothing like 18%. I then queried with the retailer who denied any knowledge of the offer and said that it was Cashback's deal not thiers. It has taken weeks and I still have nothing like the cashback advertised and Holiday Extras want to charge me £9 to cancel. This company is totally unscrupulous. Do not use them.

Booked 2 airport parking, one tracked and paid, the other nothing. Put in a claim with cashback who resolved it in 2 days. Fantastic service from cash back. Holiday extras have always tracked previously and paid promptly. Just needed a nudge this time.

I too have not received the 18% cash back offered-but a much lower rate. This lower rate track quickly, but I am still waiting for the correct amount some 3 months after raising the issue with topcashback

Booked and paid for airport parking and hotel online £130 received £24.08 cashback. Tracked immediately into pending and moved to payable within 45 minutes!!!! Without doubt the fastest payment I have ever received. If only all cashback experiences worked the same. Well done TCB and Holiday Extras!

The product and cashback are excellent - BUT - now that they have my email address I'm constantly receiving a barrage of unwanted SPAM messages from Holiday Extras. I've unsubscribed endless times, I've sent email messages to Customer Support, and I've even threatened to report them for sending SPAM messages, but it just doesn't stop. So it looks as though I'll have no alternative other than to block their email address and report them to the authorities when I get back to the UK in October. It's a shame because the product and service is otherwise very good - but I really don't want a company to be so intrusive and they will get blacklisted. It was their choice to continue sending SPAM to me

Transaction not tracked. Owed nearly £30, smaller transactions have previously tracked but obviously they have a problem with larger purchases. Topcashback state it could be months to sort out and even then I may not get cash back. Hopeless situation!! Will never use them again.

Previous poster was lucky. After 2 months the transaction has not even tracked. I will avoid them in future as their prices can be easily beaten if cashback is not taken into account.
