	Great price for our booking, cashback tracked very quickly and was soon confirmed and less than 4 weeks later, I have been able to withdraw the funds. Very happy.

	Tracked quickly, within hours, but not at the correct rate. It said 15% but it tracked at 10%. I suppose I will need to raise an incident , but I shouldn't have to. The parking is reasonably priced.

	The hotel and parking deal was very good value and worked without difficulty. However, I am still waiting for any cashback to register over two and a half months later.

	I have used this retailer on numerous occasions although I found them to be competitively priced cashback never tracks. Eventually after many months of lodging claims cashback becomes payable.

	Don't be as big a fool as me. I read on here that quite a few have suffered with no cashback given from Holiday Extras, but for some reason I thought I would be different. More fool me. My cashback hasn't been tracked or awarded, despite the purchase being solely online through the top cashback site. I'm so annoyed, as I later discovered that the AA (I'm a member) automatically give the same discount as is supposedly given on here, but you get it at point of sale, so it's guaranteed. Numerous other organisations do the same, so my advice would be to check all options before using top cashback for Holiday Extras. I've only myself to blame for this as I ignored the warnings, but I would suggest that if you read this but still think you'll be okay, don't come on here and moan if the cashback isn't given!!!

	Generally cashback given is accurate and in line with that advertised on this site. However, on a number of occasions it has taken many months of lodging claims to get the correct amount credited to my account. For example, My last purchase was made on 14th June when the cash-back rate was advertised as 12.02%. I was immediately credited with just 7% cash-back and it took until 14th Sept for the balance to be credited. I am pleased this has been resolved but why was it necessary for me to chase the missing sum? These deals have to be paid for upfront so Holiday Extras have been sitting on my money from June to August when the parking was taken.

	Disappointed in cashback. Went in to Airparks where it said 15.15% and chose one of the deals that came up, only to be told that only the Airparks was offering the higher discount! This is confusing when you click on the correct offer.

	Be careful with this when offered additional bonus % as it never comes through correctly on your earnings page. I have made approx 10 transactions with Holiday Extras over the year, and every time I have had to raise a ticket for the full cashback amount. Initial amount always trackes quickly though.

	I booked a hotel at Birmingham airport via this site and paid £175.00, I expected to receive the stated 10% cashback. this did not happen and Top cashback are pursuing a claim for me. I will not use this site again for parking or hotels.

	The actual products offered by Holiday Extras were first rate ie - the parking and the hotel, discount was ok too but payment should have been received by Topcashback to pass on to me on 8th May. Here it is 19th May and no sign of payment. Very disappointed so I won't be using their services again, nor recommending Holiday Extras to friends. THE slowest merchant to pay up I have encountered.

	I sent an email to Holiday extras yesterday congratulating them on their service so far. My parking wil be January 10 to January 31 2013 so transaction has some time to run yet.
