Tracked very quickly, and I got 12% rather than the advertised 7%, which seems pretty cool. Also, their chocolate is fantastic, so I win all round. :o)

I made around £600 worth of purchases from this retailer in mid December (Christmas presents) and chose them because of their claim on www.topcashback.co.uk to give 10% cashback. In fact some of the due cashback was tracked at that time with an estimated due payment date of 25 January. The cashback is still showing as Pending and hasn't even been confirmed by Hotel Chocolat and today is 04 February. Please could you let me know when it is likely that I will receive this cashback due? Hotel Chocolat were chosen from other retailers because they purport to give 10% cashback. This will certainly affect my decision when chosing retailers for the next bout of gifts. Thank you.

This company don't seem to care too much about allowing cashback...perhaps because once you have created an account to buy their chocolate, they don't think that you deserve cashback?
