This is one of those companies who never seem to pay cashback and purchases are not tracked. I purposely won’t buy from them and chose another chocolate manufacturer for my Christmas stuff

'Premium Quality' does not Equate to Premium Service
Always decline cashback, even when I've not used any promo codes or vouchers, overpriced products that aren't all that special and there are better machines from other manufacturers that work just as well to produce their famous 'velvetised' hot chocolate.
All-in-all not the first place I'd shop for anything chocolate. Thankfully there are options.

Don't payout and generally very grabby for only okay quality products. Always have a fake offer on the Velvetiser that makes it sound like a special discount but it's pretty much permanent.
