Lovely products and quick delivery, but I've given a 1 star (would be 0 but no options for that!) because it is now 14 months since my purchase and still the cashback has not moved to payable. Not impressed.

Waited for nearly a year for my purchase to move from 'pending' and then declined without reason? My overall experience with the retailer is good (delivery is always on time and product quality is good) but Cashback experience has not been great. I will still order from them, but any Cashback will be a bonus!

Their products are good and delivery usually is too, but as far as cashback goes - usually terrible. The majority of times it will take a LONG time before anything happens and when it does, it's usually to say its been declined. Ordered something in October, no vouchers or discounts used and prices paid were as advertised on their site, but yet I still get declined cashback. Happens to me more often than not (and this is before they tightened up their rules about what they will decline on!).

There were a variety of cashback % offers showing, including one when also using the 15% off code for Black Friday on the HC website. As a result, I decided to order, as felt without these discounts the price paid was not really worth it. However, I see today my cashback has been "declined". Unhappy.
