The chocolate was delicious and all packed up nicely. The cashback took a little time (about 2-3 weeks) to get back to me but was well worth it!

I paid for next day delivery but apparently I selected a specific delivery date, not sure how much I believe this to be honest. I had no confirmation on a delivery date that I selected.

Cashback with Hotel Chocolat is awful. I made a big order prior to Christmas that was declined, when I didn't use any vouchers etc. Furthermore, it takes months for transactions to reach payable and takes a lot of chasing. They've got great chocolates, but they're really not easy to deal with via TCB.

Really glad that I found this site. It proved a little convoluted to actually claim the cashback but am glad that it has gone through and I will wait to receive the monies into my account. The chocolates were well received by my boyfriend and he said that they were the best chocolates that he had ever tasted! Result for both of us.

Beware, they are sneaky. Firstly, they deduct the postage and the VAT. Then they apply cashback at 7% instead of 10%. As a result: on a total spend of £103.95, I got only £5.83 cashback - an effective rate of 5.6% not 10.1%. Little more than covering the postage - might as well have gone to the store.
