Beware, they are sneaky. Firstly, they deduct the postage and the VAT. Then they apply cashback at 7% instead of 10%. As a result: on a total spend of £103.95, I got only £5.83 cashback - an effective rate of 5.6% not 10.1%. Little more than covering the postage - might as well have gone to the store.

Initially declined cash back. I had to put in a customer care case which has been resolved. No reason for not paying e.g. no vouchers used etc. So if they decline your claim and you are confident you complied with their terms, then challenge them!

One of the worst (slowest) payouts I have encountered and looking at the recent reviews it’s not a one off. Purchase made 09/12/18 was Pending for 4 months and finally paid out on 12/04/19. Unfortunately TopCashback’s FAQs / Help states “We can appreciate that it is frustrating when a transaction passes the Estimated payable speed however, please be assured that as soon as the funds are received, this will reflect in your account.” – not exactly re-assuring!

I was introduced to TopCashback by a friend when I was booking a holiday to Australia a few years ago. Earned over £200.00 cashback on booking flights/accommodation & daytrips. I always use it now, even if it is for a small amount as its surprising how it mounts up.
