Currently there is a discount code you can use to get 10% off, plus the further 9% cashback, but when I try to book I can't see where to enter the discount code!!
Correction - it seems that the discount code only works if the hotel you choose takes payment online. The one I wanted only takes payment at check out. I tried a different hotel and it had the discount code field available when "paying now".

Will never use Hotelopia again as other reviews paid in full in advance this tracked at £0.00 then after 3 months went to payable at £0.00 then marked as declined and even though has been in missing cashback through topcash still nothing after 4 months still awaiting respnse from this merchant never had this from other sites on Topcash "Beware"

Well - this site took my card details then flagged up a meassage saying my reservation had been cancelled and ny card could not be refunded - contact customer services. I have no ref or booking number, no e-mail and will now have to phone a 10p per min 0871 number (or call direct in Mallorca) to try and sort this out. My card issuer has confirmed I've been charged and the call centre will not open until 9am tomorrow. Think I'll be giving this site a wide berth in future

Cashback tracked and paid quickly. Excellent rate of cashback and hotel rate was also the cheapest (compared through trivago, then clicked through to purchase on topcashback). Half an hour after checking in, hotelopia called me on the phone in the hotel room to check that I was happy with everything in the room - GREAT!!!! Will use again for sure.

Paid & went on my holiday in May. Cashback still at pending stage, should have been paid at end of June. Would not use this site again for cashback. Other travel merchants pay out promptly.
