I am very happy with the cashback experience. Made the hotel booking in early Oct for late Nov visit to HK in 2009. No problem with the hotel check in and cashback payable in late Dec 2009.

In the same boat myself. A couple of claims have failed to track and it is taking an eternity to sort out. Perhaps they just don't appreciate (or deserve) customer loyalty.

Hotelopia, are by far one of the best amounts for cashback rates, unfortunatly they do not seem to be completing claims for missing cashback amounts. I spend quite a lot throughout the year with Hotelopia and this year alone have got 4 missing cashback claims totaling £40.40 some of the claims have been in for months with not even a reply from the retailer. I am starting to book elsewhere at a lower cashback rate - a little bit less is better than nothing :(

Very disappointed that the 10% code offered here on the website did not work at all. It only worked when I booked direct with the call centre thereby loosing my 10% cashback. The site was temperamental inaccepting 5 bookings then would not allow me to book any more on my credit card even though there was nothing wrong with the credit card so I was forced to complete my transaction over the phone with the call centre. totally dissatisfied. The 5 bookings tracked and appeared the following day on my account

Booked through this site but when I arrived at hotel they had no knowledge of it - they spent 40 mins trying to sort it out, unsuccessfully, so I had to pay again. No cashback and not happy!
