2% cashback on bookings this month. 11% cashback bookings next month. Book for next month - 2%. Wait until next month to book - 2% (months shift). There is currently no way to get 11% cashback!

Slow but reliable cashback. Typically takes about 5 months for cashback to become payable in my experience, but tracking is good and ultimately it pays out

We paid in full in advance of our one night airport hotel stay. It was a non refundable stay. Unfortunately we unexpectedly did cancel but didnt get the cashback. I accept we forfeited the reservation cost as per the booking terms but as we had paid in full so it seemed unfair to not give us the 'cashback'.
