Great cashback rates but payout takes too long - it's currently seven months and counting since I checked out of my hotel and still no sign of the cashback being payable. Still worth doing, just don't have any expectations about when you'll see the payout!

I am still waiting for cashback from Hotels.com. Depsite emailing on several occasions, i have not recieved any contact. Dissapointing considering we booked our honeymoon through this vendor for the sole reason we were supposed to be receiving cash back.

Disappointing with Hotels.com. Though it used to be reliable for cashback, over the past few months i have encountered various occasions where it actually tracks wrongly the cashback and never intends to give you the difference. Once you raise a claim to correct the issue, it takes 3-4 months to get a response from Hotels.com which makes it a joke , as you end up getting your actual cashback >7 months after your actual Hotel stay. Would not recommend this supplier anymore (unlike in the past when it was reliable)

Dreadful experience- still waiting for cashback. Hotel was booked last year with a seemingly generous cashback rate, and stayed at the hotel in May this year. Still awaiting cashback. Seems like they attract you with promises of good rates but they don’t seem to deliver on these promises.
