Hotels.com is defaulting on cashbacks
I made reservations in Nov/22 for stays in Feb/23, check out date was already 4 months ago. Cashbacks still are not payable and I keep on waiting. I have more than 1.000 Pounds to receive from Hotels.com with no estimate. They also tracked a 2% cashback, when the expected cashback was 11%. Do not be lured by the cashbacks rates 10-15%, it is not worth the headache.

Hit and miss
First couple of transactions I had with Hotels.com were fine, tracked at the right amount and were paid fairly quickly. Then I had another 3 x separate transactions all track at the wrong amount. They are currently in dispute and will probably take months to be resolved. Wouldn't mind if TCB and Hotels.com could sort it out between them quickly. Frustrating that issues like this take so long to be sorted, especially when I cuold have gone through another merchant for these transactions and not had any issues.

Very very long wait
Took nearly 10 months from finishing my holiday to get my £250+ cashback from Hotels.com. Chased numerous times and have no idea why it took so long. Really disappointed, as in the past it has always been paid within a few weeks of getting back home.

Still waiting 7 months on
Booked a holiday last June, completed the trip in October. Hotels.com paid a smaller sum than I was entitled to, so lodged a claim which was admitted in January, but I still haven't been paid, which I think is pretty poor.

Painfully slow cashback
Booked and stayed in January.only now in mid June receiving the money into my bank account.Hotels. Com Soooo inefficient.Would not recommend to anyone.

Shambles
I booked a stay in April for the end of May. Cashback was clearly 10% for the stay if paid in full. They issued 2% pending but when I raised a missing cashback claim they (TC) stated it may uplift to 10% so to wait. No problems. 2 days ago it went to confirmed at 2%. Shocking. Missing cashback claim ongoing. I would never have booked with hotels.com without the 10% incentive. Not happy at all.

10% doesn't track
The promised 10% cashback that you are supposed to get if you book your hotels in advance fir the next month never tracks back at 10% Total rip-off Complained numerous times to TopCashBack and they never do anything about it.

Slow Payers
Have waited many many months for my cashback. In fairness, the Topcashback team have chased Hotels.com regularly and provided me with clear updates but the delay continues. Come on Hotels.com, you've had my money for my purchase, pay me what's due.

Cashback from this retailer has been automatic. There have never been any issues or problems. Turnaround is quick. Would highly recommend.

Really 13 weeks?
They said the estimated time is 13 weeks from the stay but we it's been 14 weeks since our check-out and haven't seen it yet. It isn't as fast as it used to be.

Waiting for 8 months - Don't budget on a quick transaction
Puchased on the 2nd August 2022, checked out the hotel on the 25th August. Has been confirmed but still waiting for cash of £25 and it's the 16/04. Other stays in September when through quicker and have been cashed out. Top cashback have been great and reimbursed me for other purchases where lower values have been concerned that have followed the same path but for some reason not this one.
