Too many incidents of missing cash back claims: have had to lodge a number of claims against this merchant the last of which has just been declined. I have another outstanding from last year. I always make sure to go back to the TCB website before completing a transaction and am really disappointed with the problems that keep arising.

This is now the second time in 2 years that Hotels.com won't pay my cashback. The first time i had to chase for a year before they finally rejected the claim without justification. The second time I've now been chasing for over a year, and they still haven't paid up... It seems they only pay me cashback on my cheaper bookings, but never pay up when i make expensive bookings! Scoundrels!
