Great prices for hotels, always competitive and cashback excellent. I've never experienced any problems with tracking or payment of cashback. Their Reward programme is an added bonus which I've been able to use on a number of occasions. Highly recommended.

I went to the Hotels.com website from TopCashBack and I pre-paid my non-cancellable room booking.I had to cancel my room due to a bereavement and Hotels.com declined my topcashback at that point. I queried this with TopCashBack who then asked Hotels.com. Hotels.com said I had used another referrer (even though there is a correctly timed visit from topcashback) but they won't tell me or topcashback who this other referrer is. It just seems very coincidental that the cash back was declined when I cancelled my booking!

I've used hotels.com many times in the past and have always quickly received my cashback. However I stayed in a hotel in January. It fracked and confirmed fairly quickly, but it said estimated payable in 8 weeks. Then it was 15. A month later, it's at 19 weeks. I'm sure my £260 will come, but if you're in a hurry, I'd be inclined to go elsewhere.
