Very poor. I needed to amend a booking for Dec 2015 by retaining the booking but reducing it by a day. Hotels.com maintained this wasn't possible as the hotel manager would not allow it and insisted I had to cancel entire booking, then rebook at a much higher price for 1 night less. This was despite me having confirmed with the hotel manager that he had no problem with amending my booking. I therefore did not believe the Hotels.comstory at all, and the hotel manager told me they often have issues with bookings made via hotels.com. I have not used them since and would not recommend them to anyone else. I was surprised last night to see that a payment had been made to Topcashbackas it took so long I had given up checking that it would ever be made. I hope this feedback is helpful.

HAD VARIOUS ISSUES IN PAST WITH CASH BACK BEING APPLIED AFTER BOOKINGS THAT I HAVE MADE AND HAD TO DO A FEW MISSING CASH BACK CLAIMS

Very bad and no help at all, Canceled my booking as i was traveling to Holland, never even sent me a email, I was left with no money to live, as I had to pay for a new hotel, customer service told me it your hard luck and we dont care if you sleep on the streets, DONT USE!!!!

Waiting, days, weeks, usually upto 12 months for Cashback fro hotels.com. Now almost none are tracked, need to claim, recalim, reclaim again. In contrast just booked in last hour with Expedia, and cashback is already tracked and pending. Hotels.com used to be good but something has gone seriously wrong, I now have some claims in over many many months, still no response still not tracked. Very very unhappy with them.

Terrible at paying out. I have made three separate bookings now and have not been paid for any of them. In total Hotel.com should have paid me £86 in cashback. None of these three claims have tracked at all! Rip-off.
