4 months so far and although originally tracked quickly, cashback still not gone to payable despite on average it taking 8 weeks. On the plus side like others have mentioned the Hotels.com rewards is an added bonus to be had.

Terrble nearly every time. Firstly they never pay without making a claim through TCB and frequently they try and avoid paying by saying TCB where not the refererrer. I dont get any trouble with the other marchants I use.

Really generous rates, but maybe I've just been unlucky - waiting for cashback for three completed stays in June. Submitted claims which have been confirmed, but still waiting for merchant and £130 cashback. Disappointing.
