Declined for no good reason
Hughes declined my perfectly valid cashback claim for no reason. In my experience they can't be trusted so please do not base a purchase on actually receiving cashback from them.

A great company one I’ll use again
Cashback took some time to get back, not sure why, but once customer services contacted them they were swift in rectifying the error. I love Hughes, they have great products at fab prices, so I’d definitely use them again. Thanks to customer services for all your help sorting this.

Less cashback than stated
Item was a decent price but cashback tracked too low, should have been over £10 cashback, tracked at 85p. Subsequent claim for cashback was refused. I would buy from Hughes again but wouldn't bank on them paying the cashback stated.

Just be wary that the discount codes on their website aren't compatible with cashback. I recently bought a new TV from here and found that the cashback had been disallowed, I emailed to ask why and the answer was because I'd used a discount code from their website.

Although happy with product, the cashback has been declined by Hughes...very disappointed. Was about to recommend you to a friend who wanted similar product but won't bother now. You have lost a sale.
