Great prices ad relatively quick delivery. Only niggle is the emails arrive letting you know about delivery after items are delivered.

Initially had no problems, but since August '13 nothing has tracked and I have had to lodge cashback claims. 8 have been dealt with and I have now received the cashback, but I'm still waiting on another 4. I find this annoying as I shop regularly with them.

Didn't get cashback said I got cashback from somewhere else after 6 months wait sending nudges did not pay-out so beware wont be using them again will use Amazon from now on

I've had cashback in the past but not on the last 3 or purchases. If you buy and are happy with the purchase that's fine but their customer service is very poor and it seems there is a problem with cashback but that could just be me?

I have bought from Ideal World for a number of years and never had a problem until now.
I ordered 3 items in December and am still waiting for 2 of them. Customer Service has been appalling and would be better retitled WE CAN'T BE BOTHERED! It took 3 emails and a phone call to establish that I would need to sign not one but 2 forms one for each item. These couldn't be emailed they had to be sent 2nd class post. I returned them over a week ago via 1st class and I am still waiting....
NO more Ideal World shopping for me!!
