Cashback tracked very quickly, however retailer's delivery time of 10 business working days (of which there is no mention about, until after you have purchased the products from Ideal World)is far too slow in this day and age - Buyers beware!

Quite unique craft products, but the customer service is not exceptional - just enough to scrape through. Have to use them for certain products, which are not good value, but needed, so TopCashback sweetens the pill a bit for me!

purchased item from Ideal World via Topcashback. Tracking was good, pending, then confirmed and finally payable. However, it dropped from a confirmed cashback to zero payable. Don't know how to resolve this. To ring Ideal worlds premium rate number will cost more than cashback due. Not happy with Ideal World
