I use this shopping channel in preference to others. Their presenters are friendly in manner and usually very entertaining. They have a good knowledge of their products and their prices are extremely reasonable. They must be doing something right to have expanded the number of channels they now transmit on. I like how the extra channels are dedicated to specific things, my particular favourite is the Create and Craft channel. I have made a large and varied number of purchases from this channel and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the purchases and the prices charged.
On the occasions when I have had to return something my experience of the Customer Service Department has always been positive and they are all most helpful.

The web site is easy to use and delivery was fairly quick. The items purchased were good quality and the cash back worked OK.

tracked v.quickly, product took about 2 weeks to arrive though. cash back was pants but was goting to buy it anyway as present so not sure of the quality of product.
