I've used their hotels on a number of occasions and each time they have never given me commission on the full amount always a few pounds less for some reason! Also they take so long to process your request compared to other companies.

Waste of time; never tracks at anything but 0; and then 0 becomes payable. Raising claims never works - I guess it's just buying time so that the buyer forgets about wonderful increased cashback offers. I'll be trying other cashback / points sites for IHG transactions from now on - hopefully will find more reliable one for me

I stay with IHG regularly. Only approx. 60% of all transactions track correctly with many being confirmed and payable at zero even though the stay was made. Not easy to chase up as all involved make it so complicated

Enjoy staying at all IHG hotels, whether for business or pleasure, great locations and price, hotels well maintained and staff courteous and helpful, and with the added benefit of the extra we get from TopCashBack this always helps

Cashback tracks quickly but has 0 value. Queried this as cashback declined, but refused and correct cashback not reinstated. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Cashback tracked but zero amount. After 11 months the missing cashback claim has finally been responded to by saying TCB was not the last referral source. Absolute nonsense as I know that I only went through TCB, and a convenient way for them to avoid paying out £44
|

NOT RECOMMENDED - Up to now I am unimpressed with my overall cashback experience. In April I signed up to Topcashback to book accommodation with IHG Crowne plaza hotel in London with the understanding of receiving a set offer of 12% cashback as an introductory offer. I spent £693 which would make an £83 payable claim. On my dashboard originally showed £60 but now it is showing £28. Won’t let me dispute claim on account. I will not be recommending this to anyone anytime soon. It seems to be a flop up to now. I will suggest people not to bother – maybe worth trying another site instead. Will keep you updated…..
