Almost every click requires a claim as the £0 that tracks is never updated. Following the claim some are paid and some aren't, the IT needs fixing on this one.

5 star reviews get shown, dont bother using tcb for any ihg stays, mine never track and when you claim they refuse the claim, all for genuine stays. My advice dont bother, use another cashback site where stays track and payout without issues. so far this year iv booked via tcb for 5 stays, had to claim for all 5, so far 2 declined after 5 months with 3 more claims pending but no doubt willbe declined, total cashback should of been 200 plus quid. USELESS

Make any IHG group booking via Expedia if you want to actually get any cash back! Look at all the negative feedback, they do anything to avoid paying out any casdhback.Why 5 stars? cos 5 star reviews are automatically shown

Seems to always pay out for me but don't like the way it tracks and confirms to paid at £0 and then should update after your stay. It's almost like they hope you'll forget.

Seems to track ok but I don't really like the fact that it tracks at £0 and goes to payable after approx 6 weeks and disappears from your account. It would be better if it stayed showing until after your stay. So far it has updated but both times I've put in a claim just in case.

Of all may cashback companies IHG has the most problems. The link has problems and sometimes does not connect to the IHG website and I have disputed claims with them. I don't know why there is so many problems with them. My cashbacks with Accor hotels have been easy.

Don't give anywhere near the advertised cashback. Supposed to be 8.08%. I've got 2.8% so far. No point starting a customer service thing because they need booking dates (not stay dates), reservation numbers, correct costs and all sorts of stuff that regular business travellers don't keep a record of!

In April I signed up to TopCashback to book accommodation in a Crowne Plaza hotel in London thinking I would get 12% cashback as an introductory offer. But it appears I haven't received anything. So upto now I am unimpressed with my overall cashback experience. So I will not be recommending this to anyone anytime soon. It seems to be a flop up to now. I will suggest people not to bother themselves
