Rubbish - tracked as payable zero apparently as the stay was not completed. Stay completed and no new transaction as promised, unable to lodge a missing claim as over 100 days - even though contacted before when it tracked to zero! Told to wait another 3-4 weeks, but given the merchant has pulled out of the cashback I doubt if I'll see my money. Hardest £7 to try and claim ever, but feel diddled as I did my bit of the bargain.

Why have you stopped offering cashback? I always book IHG chain hotels due to cashback and service. However, in todays economy I will now be using Travel Lodge or Premier Inn, as they are clean and offer cashback. Sorry.

Hotels are fine but do not expect any cashback, they normally decline and refuse to give any specific reason for it. Do not use this merchant on the basis of receiving any cash.

This was one of my first cashbacks and was a bit sceptical about how the site and cashback generally works but was surprise that I got my first payment with me in form of Amazon vouchers in just 3 weeks time. Great tracking and speed of payout.

AAAAARGHHH ! WHY have IHG stopped doing cashback? They were always reliable payers (for me), and with generous TCB casback, plus their own deals, were often FAR better priced than thrir competition. Now it has all gone, so they are back in the pack I guess - no advantage, no loyalty any more :-(( Mark

They do not pay cashback and use excuses to ensure that the cashback is not paid. AVOID. Please use Hotels.com as they are much more reliable. Very diappointed with Holiday Inn. I am a Gold Member and despite this they do not honor authentic cashbacks.

Purchases never seem to track properly. If they do track the amounts seem very random and then often appear as zero and claims are then declined.

Another disappointing merchant - first had the explanation that cashback wasn't payable as used anther thirds party, never understand that as not registered with any other cashaback site, but transaction did track anyway - just wrong amount, much lower than it should have been, after months with TCB investigating - they have now given the very long an thorough explanation of "Declined - No commission offered on item purchased"! Hotel was pretty grim too with them forgetting to collect us from the airport as arranged and then just blaming the third party who they booked, despite paying the hotel! So not a good experience all round really - to be avoided.

It was all great, until my cash back disappeared for no apparent reason. It is now showing as zero. Unfortunately by the time I have noticed that what happened is too late to submit a missing cash back claim.

I have had cashback from two transactions declined with this merchant, despite the fact that I purposely cleared all cookies from my pc prior to making the booking. I can honestly say that my cashback experience of this merchant on this and previous transactions leaves a lot to be desired.

Not only has my cashback not tracked automatically, but the method used to track my cashback means my stay has registered as non qualifying for IHG Priority Club. There is no warning that that booking by this method is a non qualifying stay, beware if earning a few points is your aim!
