I got a very good deal in respect of room rate but the cashback is proviong a bit problemtic. I'm waiting for a claim to be passed to the merchant

I would give this merchant no stars if possible. Casback never automatically tracks and manual claims outstanding for months on end. Keen to obtain increased custom but they don't honour their cashback incentives/promises imo.

paid out ultra quick but to be fair I would have stayed at the Crowne Plaza at Manchester Airport without cashback they were great and the hotel was better Thanks ICG

What a shocking retailer. They've reneged on the cashback saying "top cashback were not the ultimate referrer". I've been using top cashback for years now and never heard such baloney. No right of recourse as they won't say who the referrer was!! Suggesting I "clear my cookies" is a complete insult

The cashback with IHG usually tracks but sometimes doesn't, it will track at £0.00 first and then will track separately after your stay, but never for the full amount expected. If you need to create a missing cashback enquiry for IHG (as I have had to do often) then your cashback will then track under a miscellaneous reference and may be assigned to a totally incorrect click-through, which then messes up future enquiries and becomes difficult to check which ones have been paid, particularly as the amounts are never what is expected.

Stayed @ Holiday Inn at the end of Jan 2012. The cash back only becomes available after your stay but it was paid very quickly, less then a month. Will use again.

You can get more cashback booking via an agent (like hotels.com or expedia) but booking direct is easy and the cashback is paid pretty quickly.

This merchants product has got 100% better since the introduction of the "Free" breakfast. It's not 5* but it's eat all you want, filling and it's quick.
