Good experience with fast payouts. Use Holiday Inns as they offer good value for money.

Easy to book online and good communication from the hotel. I booked in January for a stay in April and they emailed a week or so before we were due to go to confirm everything. Really lovely rooms for the price we paid (early saver rate)too. Great customer services at the hotel too (Manchester HIE).

Tracked as £0.00 after my initial booking - as expected. Then after my stay it became payable at £0.00, then disappeared, which prompted a cashback enquiry. Within a couple of days £2.81 reappeared in the tracked column. I spent approx. £75, so the % cashback received doesn't figure!

Had to but in a manual claim as my two purchases did not track - beware the process is s-l-o-w ! Still waiting for retailer response 6 months later and despite nudges nothing seems to change. Losing the will to live over this one !

Twice now I've had to raise a cashback query as it hasn't tracked in the usual way but payment DOES get made but as mentioned in the notes, it will only be after your stay, so be prepared to wait for it.

After initially tracking as £0 and becoming payable at £0 for weeks raised a claim with TCB and sorted out, now waiting for it to become payable (keep a record of your booking reference as it's needed if you need to claim). Will use again as become payable and you get Priority Club reward points with Holiday Inn, so have enough for a free night now too.

I was going to use a Holiday Inn for a business trip anyway, so I was happy to get some cashback! Higher rates for this merchant can usually be found on other cashback sites, but TCB have been very quick to match those rates once I've raised a claim.

First time I used this merchant and the cashback failed to track. I followed the guide for claiming and it was tracked and confirmed within a week. It tracked quickly and efficiently so would have no problems in recommending the merchant or TopCashBack. Fab service.

Tracked quickly, initially showed up as £0.00 as stated. After stay, no change.. 1 week later, 2 week later no change. Submitted enquiry. several weeks later no change. Waste of time.

Use Holiday Inn a number of times. Sometimes they track quickly and sometimes they don't and usually track at £0 until after the stay. Be prepared for submitting a missing cashback enquiry but they normally pay up ... eventually.

I am suprised how many people say they don't get their cashback. I have always received mine, and fairly quickly - but obviously AFTER the stay is completed. It WILL track at zero first. Remember:- 1) Start browser from scratch. 2) Go to TCB. 3) Click through to Holiday Inn / ICH group. 4) Book directly (nothing else in-between like looking at Tripadvisor or other sites). 5) Get your cashback confirmed a week or two after you stay! And Priority Club points. And ICH discounts. And special offers - what more do you want?!

A bit complicated as it tracks at 0 and then re-tracks after your stay. however recieved cashback eventually. If the best hotel price is here, take adavantage of the cashback offer.

Cashback tracked quickly initially as £0 then after completing the stay at the full cashback amount. Since this was explained on the cashback page this was not a problem. payment made by the due date and all very smooth. Hotel was just what we wanted as well so all round, excellent!

So far two transactions and neither have tracked. First transaction still isn't showing from Dec 2010 and is still waiting on Holiday Inn chain to reply to Topcashback.

For two bookings the cashback did not show at all and I had to get it manually added. TopCashback have chased and I have made two nudges but 8 months on £0 received. This is my only bad experience on TopCashback so would avoid this merchant.
