I also paid in full in advance. Tracked at zero and remained at zero after stay completed. Submitted enquiry and 5 months and many nudges later - nothing.
Would not use again.

Paid in advance for this stay. Tracked at zero, became payable at zero. Several months and manual claim later still zero. Don't bother.

The discount promo code here meant I stayed at Holiday Inn cheaper than a Travelodge!! And with Breakfast included!! Will be interesting to see if cashback tracks on this or not!!

Having had numerous claims due to not tracking and it taking ages - IHG have seemingly hit some form of late and the last 3 purchases have tracked and been paid without any chasing.
Still a bit wary as do have a claim outstanding from Feb, but recently they have gone up in my opinion.
Will post again, as do use IHG a lot

Cashback trascked as £0. Payment taken in full on booking and yet still no cashback received 2 months after completing stay. Despite nudges nothing has happened. A con trick I feel and will not book again with them.

I booked two stays with the Intercontinental and they had no problems tracking them. However, they both track with £0 value. Months later with lots of pinging I still see nothing. IMHO - it's just aggravating and a total waste of time to go through Intercontinental Hotels for cashback.

Very poor experience with IHG. I use this hotel group a lot on business, and have had to raise an enquiry on almost all bookings. Please, TCB, have a word with these people....

There is a real problem with this merchant. Forget about getting any cashback.
A couple of transactions have tracked ok for the correct amount - but shows cashback of zero. Raising the issue with topcashback has still not produced any cash from ICHG.

Frustrating: cashback never seems to track and it is a bit hit and miss as to whether TCB get the money. Strange as always used to track an dpay on other cashback sites.

Tracked at zero, submitted a manual claim - no reply from supplier. Has now gone to payable at £0! Don't use them, book the same hotel through Expedia - never had problems with their payouts.
