Absolute rubbish. Tracked at £0.00. Still waiting for my cash. Raised enquiry with topcashback but they have not done anything about it. Not happy at all.

Not very good. Two transactions, neither tracked. When I complained, TCB "found" one of the transactions immediately!

usually excellent cashback, of around 20 bookings only one got lost, but a query sorted this out.

Frustrating: cashback never seems to track and it is a bit hit and miss as to whether TCB get the money. Strange as always used to track an dpay on other cashback sites.

Tracked at zero, submitted a manual claim - no reply from supplier. Has now gone to payable at £0! Don't use them, book the same hotel through Expedia - never had problems with their payouts.

Cashback only tracks after your stay, but mine didnt on 2 occassions - had to manually chase it, and only got one back so far.

Over many Holiday Inn bookings, none has ever tracked correctly; every single one you need to go through laborious process of submitting a claim, after waiting requisite period.
Surprise they don't get kicked off suppliers list, as must cause a lot of admin hassle to Top Cashback team?
There are plenty of alternative chains out there.
WiFi coverage at Holiday Inns sometimes covers bedrooms not always; sometimes there's a LAN cable connection, more often not.
They use SWISSCOM as wifi provider; sometimes my corporate wifi access token works at some H Inns, not others; very inconsistent.
Their loss as I then head to nearest McDonalds for guaranteed connectivity.

Tracked at zero, advised to wait till I'd completed the booking and actually stayed at the hotel (some 4 months in the future) before querying, now told I can't query the missing cashback as more than 100 days since I booked! Ahhh. Don't expect any cashback on this chain of hotels.

I think it's about time IHG comes off TC. I have the same problem as everyone else - tracks as zero, then nothing! I have claims outstanding for months and months - and you know nothing will ever happen!!
Very disappointing for a Company of their size. Anyone know of a way to complain to IHG direct?

Very poor, did not appear in my confirmed box, so had to chase up claim, it then took another chase a month later to finally have some cashback actually appear, the test will be IF I actually get the money.

Would appear to have declined the cashback as it has tracked at £0.00. No reason why they should have declined as i have not cancelled the booking and have paid for it in full

I have good news! Having submitted claims for tracking at 0.00 I have now received the cashback for a transaction from December 09. I have many more pending so fingers crossed! Thanks TCB!

Every single time it tracks as 0 to me! Multiple tickets open at the moment but I'm not holding my breath at getting anything out of this lot. Shame as I use their hotels all the time...
