This retailer is a complete disaster. Almost every time I use them I have to submit a manual claim and it takes up to 6 months to get paid. The retailer continues to show the cashback as zero, although we have submitted so many claims now that it should be obvious to them that there is a problem. Note that their excellant tracking statistics relate to tracking a cashback of zero in most cases! Nothing but hassle.

Good hotel group, most of the time my bookings have tracked ok, but I do currently have a problem with two bookings where the cashback has changed to zero when payment is due. I have sent a claim but am still waiting outcome ?

My first transaction with them was not tracked, my second one has been but the total amount of my bill did not reflect in the cashback

This hotel chain is very bad at reporting and paying the cashback, about 50% of the time I have to get TCB to chase, however the packages they offer are usually so good that it's still worth the hastle!

Have had plenty that have tracked - but all at ZERO - am currently chasing a load, but we shall see... Why on earth does this seem to be a common problem and yet one that is clearly not being sorted out?

Tracks well but always changes to £0. Have had to submit manual claims but IHC are very slow to respond. My Hilton experience has been far better. Even when it doesnt track, the manual claims to Hilton are dealt with very quickly.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! AVOID! It tracks quickly, then when it becomes payable the amount changes to 0 and it is closed! Have recently booked another hotel and it is tracking as 0. Have submitted all claims and am waiting for ICH to respond. I am a priority club gold member....SHAME ON YOU ICH...I am going to book Accor instead.

Further to my previous comments in December last when no cashback was forthcoming thanks to Topcashback they have now credited over £4 to my account so it is worth chasing up and being persistent. Just got to remember all the details of when you booked, date of stay and reference/booking number. Many thanks Topcashback for your help.
