The transaction was always traced as nil (zero) and always have to manually trace them, however thus far I have always been paid the cashback due. As a Priority Club member you get additional rewards too. So, recommend but make sure that you manually trace it.

Initially tracked very quickly, as £0. Wasn't worried as thought it would change after I had completed my stay at the hotel. Has now gone payable at £0. Have submitted a claim, will have to see how it turns out.

I use IHG a lot. Unfortunately when it comes to cashback they only seem to pay out for the first transaction. All future transactions have tracked at zero.

Booked a hotel room back in April. Cashback tracked, but then became payable at £0.00. Manual query submitted to retailer but no news after a further month or two.

Cashback is supposed to track at zero when you book, and a new transaction appear once you've checked out which reflects the final bill. In my experience the following is true: 1) In 8 bookings, only one has tracked properly to the end - the others I have had problems claiming on because the initial 'tracking' is worth zero (so you can't claim for) and then by the time you stay it was months since you booked, so the 'click' is months old and you can't claim. 2) The one time it did track it was for an odd amount, which wasn't the room only, wasn't the ex-vat total, wasn't anything else I could think of either! In short - treat this as a bonus if it works, because most times it doesn't.

Cashback tracked at £0.00. TopCashBack responded to manual claim quickly, but still waiting for IHG to respond. It's been over 5 weeks now with still no joy. I wouldn't book these hotels if the cashback is your main swaying factor!

disapointed so far, the original transaction tracked, but with no cashback amount, I have submitted a claim but still not heard anything. The booking has just been fully paid for so hopefully will track again with the cash back, annoying really i will be losing out on over £10 which adds up.

Two bookings - different hotels but same week - both showed as zero cashback for a while then one went though & confirmed OK - the other vanished!? I suppose this is better than nowt, and I hadn't really expected this to track anyway after seeing the weird Holiday Inn booking system!

InterContinental Hotel Group appear to be particularly bad at confirming one's stay/transactions; or is it just the particular hotel that I stay at. T.B.D. I recommend watching any bookings with I.H.G. through TopCashBack very carefully. Note your date of transaction, date of stay, amount spent, and booking reference number and hang on to them until you are duly credited.

Made 3 separate bookings with IC hotels. So far only one of them is showing as payment pending. The amount is also less than it should be, but I am assured this will be rectified when the payment is confirmed. I will have to submit Missing Payment enquiries for the other 2 bookings. Not confident about receiving payments.

I use HolidayInn very often when traveling on business so was very pleased to find them here. However, the time that it takes to chase the cashback isn't worth it for me. I've already given up on ever seeing over £50 that I should have received....! :(

Struggled a bit on the cashback. The transaction tracked correctly but the cash back stayed at zero. Chased and the cashback team have managed to get some cashback although it is at the standard 5% rather than the special rate of 9% at the time of booking. Currently waiting for the cashback team to improve upon the current situation.

I book through the ICH Group on a very regular basis for work and personal and unfortunatley over half of my bookings have to be tracked manually, will very little or no movement for being payed! However, when the bookings are tracked, they do track wthin a couple of days. Pity all of the bookings didn't track with ease...
