I made two 'purchases' via the links and it initially showed in the Pending column but a day later it was showing Zero. It is now restored following a claim but I am doubtful I will get it!

Cashback didn't track for some reason, and after submitting an enquiry via topcashback, ICH initially denied all knowledge. After prodding a second time, with *comprehensive* information (card number, date of transaction, exact details of stay, loyalty card number etc...), they offered the amount I was due.

Hotel stay at end of Dec 08, did not track, sent claim form, waited a while but now finally showing as confirmed. Quite a slow process compared to some other hotel transactions.
