It was a long wait. It never showed in 'pending', but it went straight to 'payable' after TCB had been chasing for a year - yes, a year. Better late than never. Thanks TCB.

Tracked within a few a days at £0.00 and then cashback went pending for the full amount within a few weeks. Waiting for it to be confirmed and go payable. The booking was made for an overnight stay the same day.

Reserved in September. Cashback showed as £0.00 pending stay & payment. Stayed in October. Cashback still showed £0.00 in November. Submitted manual claim through TCB - still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tracked as zero. Manual claim raised but after 2 months the payment has come up as confirmed at zero. Still waiting on Topcashback to sort.

Really annoyed. Despite booking through the correct link and staying at Hotel back in October the cashback is still showing as £0.00. Wish they would honour their commitment.

I've booked with IHG about half a dozen times this year and I've had to submit missing cashback claims for every one of the reservations when they failed to track. In fairness, though, IHG are usually good at responding to the claims.

lousy in terms of tracking cashback - I spent over £1500 with them and they have only tracked £500 odd of it! Still awaiting response after submitting claim. Will definitely not use again.

Had to submit manual claim. Tracked as 0 then disappeared. Thanks to TCB finally got cashback 5 months later.They refused claim initially as did not have stay dates ( surely that's available from booking number) Would not use again if others available for hotel I wanted.

11 months to get the cashback from IHC. 70% of all my claims for missing cashback have been with the 'accommodation section' of TCB.

Thieving conmen, lost over £50 when failed to track and they have ignored all the nudges, been trying since Feb to get paid, don't bother book with a different Hotel Group. Have given all paperwork to prove the stay.
