I stayed just before the new year and still have not received my cashback, this is despite sending a message to topcashback and multiple nudges....disappointing! do not rely on this cashback from this merchant.

Tracked OK. But that is only good thing to say. As a lot of other reviews, I've got 2 stays pending showing zero and two stays payable as zero - complete waste of time!! Should be in for about £25 cashback, but have a feeling this may never arrive!

Seems that they don't want to pay as every single booking I've done has been 0 all the way through. Raised manual claims and so far nothing... Let's see if full payment in advance makes any difference, I doubt it but there will be more claims coming from me if they don't pay up.

Tracked at zero - and then went to payable at zerp. Had to raise a manual claim through TC. Finally payable amount has changed from nil to £ after about 4 months and a few nudges. Not quite right amount but after this length of time something is better than nothing!!

this registered my cashback as £0.00 and it did not change after my stay was completed....so £0.00 cashback from them

I use their hotels every week. I have received cashback on the first 3 or 4 bookings, but none on the others, so i guess they have limited the number of times they will pay out. I note some people have waited months and still received nothing, I had to wait approx 2 months.

Hey tracked at £0, same as other complaints, but TCB sorted it and finally became payable at % of final hotel bill not just the room booking, so bit of a bonus for the delay experienced.

Tracking is certainly unpredictable - tracks at zero, confirms at zero, then an amount appears some time later - but I can't normally work out exactly how they calculate it! I have received about 9 out of 10, so persist - and regard anything you get as a bonus...

waste of time, I got another booking pending as 0 now. still waiting for my purchase in november to be paid. not holding any hope for either. about time they were removed from here, got more chance of winning a tenner on the lottery than getting money off intercontinental

A very poor show from IHG. Why do they bother? My first ever cashback was with this company and it very nearly put me off the whole idea. Fortunately, my subsequent cashback experiences with other companies have all been good.

Took nearly 9 months to track, eventually did after a claim, but when it became payable reverted to zero. Definately wouldn't bother with this for a cashback deal.
