Never come across a retailer as bad as this on TCB. Tracked transaction with correct details at first, but CB declined (£0). Had to put in a manual claim. 10 months+ and nothing. Been sending TCB 1 nudge per month - clearly the retailer's at fault, as TCB are usually extremely good at getting any outstanding CB.

I had two transactions last year that tracked properly at first and then were converted to £0.00. Submitted a claim and 8 months on still nothing. Waste of time - not worth the effort to even try!

I have used this merchant several times over the past fe months both for business and pleasure. The hotels and experiences with customer services there are always excellent However, none of the 15+ transactions have tracked at the correct amount (or at all), and most have remained at £0.00 throughout. Too late to make claims as some of the £0.00 transactions got 'paid' with last payment. I will not be using this merchant again until I am made aware of a marked improvement. I am instead using Late Rooms as they are far more reliable for tracking and payments!

Tracked at 0.00 and soon went payable 0.00. Put in missing cashback claim. Now been reinstated at a lower than expected amount. Not very confident of a payout after reading others reviews. It is getting frustrating the way these companies use Topcashback and Topcashback allow them to get away with it.

Four stays booked through TCB, two have gone payable at zero after the stay and are in as a missing commission claim, another is pending at 0, and another initially tracked at zero but has now gone pending at £1.55, however the amount of cashback should be £8.32, and I can't put in a missing commission claim as TCB now says there is no record of the transaction. Very unreliable.

I used to use expedia but you cant get a VAT receipt. The direct site for HI does not track for me.

Booked about ten seperate rooms through TCB with IHG. Only 1 has ever tracked and paid, the other are all zero but when I try to submit a missing claim the system wont let me because it can't find the date. I book a lot of rooms online but will not be using TCB in future as it seems not to work

Doesn't always track with a value and as I booked a lot around the same time I cannot fiure out which booking relates to which cashback to file a query.

So messy! The tracking is never accurate, many transactions tracked as 0. After spending much time studying it, I found out that each stay tracks twice - 1 tracked as 0 during order time (money paid), the other appeared after stay - fine, but the 2 transactions have different amount! It is so confusing and time consuming. Very very bad!

I use Holiday inn most weeks. after a few initial non-payments I have not had any problems for months. Received over £70 in cash back so far. Seems all or nothing.

Tracked at zero originally, but has since tracked at the correct amount. Lovely hotel, very convenient and great price, so even if I don't receive the cashback, I will still be reasonably happy!

Tracked at £0.00, not holding my breath reading previous feedback. Although purchase amount is showing less than the amount I thought I'd paid for the hotel room, as nothing has been taken from my credit card yet I'm not sure what I've actually paid.

Nightmare - always have problems and then wait ages for payments! TCB sometimes resolve but often £0 back in end. Just as well they have great deals inc 2 4 1 stays.
