Tracked at zero and still at zero after my stay would not go through topcashback again. I have had the same problem with claim for stays at Hilton too. Still awaiting cashback

I used to use expedia but you cant get a VAT receipt. The direct site for HI does not track for me.

Booked about ten seperate rooms through TCB with IHG. Only 1 has ever tracked and paid, the other are all zero but when I try to submit a missing claim the system wont let me because it can't find the date. I book a lot of rooms online but will not be using TCB in future as it seems not to work

Doesn't always track with a value and as I booked a lot around the same time I cannot fiure out which booking relates to which cashback to file a query.

So messy! The tracking is never accurate, many transactions tracked as 0. After spending much time studying it, I found out that each stay tracks twice - 1 tracked as 0 during order time (money paid), the other appeared after stay - fine, but the 2 transactions have different amount! It is so confusing and time consuming. Very very bad!

I use Holiday inn most weeks. after a few initial non-payments I have not had any problems for months. Received over £70 in cash back so far. Seems all or nothing.

Tracked at zero originally, but has since tracked at the correct amount. Lovely hotel, very convenient and great price, so even if I don't receive the cashback, I will still be reasonably happy!

Tracked at £0.00, not holding my breath reading previous feedback. Although purchase amount is showing less than the amount I thought I'd paid for the hotel room, as nothing has been taken from my credit card yet I'm not sure what I've actually paid.

Nightmare - always have problems and then wait ages for payments! TCB sometimes resolve but often £0 back in end. Just as well they have great deals inc 2 4 1 stays.

Received one after 9 months and am still waiting for one from a year ago BUT stayed at Reading Crowne Plaza this month and after the stay the cash back changed after a week from zero to the correct amount and is now pending payment!!! Perhaps need to wait before claim it as an enquiry??? or is it Readings efficiency?

It gets difficult to track which transaction was for which booking because they duplicate themselves with no reference to the actual booking date or location. Transaction amounts are the only thing to go by but these are on approximated (without tax and converted from a foreign currency).

Hit and miss for cashback on this site, oftern tracks at nil cashback and have to submit claims, other appear very fast. Worth it when pays though, just keep all booking ref details so you can submit a manual claim

Big fat zero,that's all you get from this merchant as regards cashback. I see plenty of other customers have had the same.You wait months and months then zero.Thanks IGH. So why do top cashback allow this merchant to get custom through false advertising? So if you want the cashback don't waste your time with IHG.

I paid in advance for 2 trips. Both tracked within a day at £0 and have stayed that way for ~6mos despite numerous nudges. Still showing £0 with one completely gone now. Intercontinently obviously doesn't care to fulfill its cashback promise. Would NOT use again.
