Joined JackpotJoy after being lured by the £10 Cashback offer via here, unfortunately for some unknown reason it didn't track (as I put in a claim & got a response via here that it didn't track via here but thru some other medium and that they couldn't tell me why/who!! which is strange as I only went through this site to JackpotJoy, what's even stranger is that is showing on my user history. I really don't know why JJ are saying this (to TCB) as I am a very meticulous person & double checked before doing it and even got the 'this has successfully tracked' thing that pops up on the screen, I now wish I'd screen grabbed it, but as it was first time using TBC I didn't. I now make sure to take a screen grab every time I get the 'successfully tracked' message.

Never received my cashback (through no fault of TCB) as I had apparently used the "refer a friend" channel, even though I never actually received a bonus for this. You also have to spend a lot of money in order to withdraw any winnings.

Just signed up for cashback, and has shown up today,, I deposited £10 and got £35 to play plus I used my brothers username and got an extra 50% paid in my Jackpotjoy straight away. So in total I deposited £10 and got an extra £35 free, total £45 to play and then £10.00 Cashback from topcashback. So really I paid nothing and won £80 great!! chuffed..

I keep seeing nothing here except for referral bonus which you DO NOT get as a Player and nothing about there Cashback! It Sucks - I have had a claim in for over 2 Mths now and still not heard from these Jokers - Forget it if you want Cashback

Cashback did not track with JPJ...having to put in a claim.. Please note; do not listen to the referrals below. I can confirm after speaking to JPJ customer services the referee is the only person who benefits from the £20 NOT THE REFERRED! Do not listen to the other comments as they are only benefiting from you. The 200% bonus is good but you have to play through at least £1000 before being able to withdraw. Hope this info helps!!!

Read the t&c in section 5 refer a friend. See below (copied from Jackpotjoy site) once all requirements have been fulfilled the referrer will receive a £20 credit to their account balance. I'd definitely recommend this casino as they offer a minimum bet of only 10p on roulette, and you get half your stake back if zero comes up too. Not only that but you essentially have a free play as the £10 cashback is enough to cover your initial deposit (though early days yet to see whether that comes through). One thing to note is that if you accept the 200% welcome bonus you have to play through your initial deposit many, many times (especially if you're playing roulette) before your balance becomes withdrawable (or you can let the bonus expire which takes 30 days).
