No cashback paid and James Villas wouldn't give a reason for it when chased by Topcashback. No reason for this as far as I can see. Wouldn't trust for cashback in future.

I highly recommend James Villas. This is the first time we used them & I organised a holiday for 6 of us, family & friends. JV where very helpful throughout, the villa was fantastic, the hire vehicle was brand new & big enough for 6 with all the luggage. The gift pack that was posted to us before we went was a very nice surprise & we used the games, cool bag, windscreen sun shield etc. We had a great holiday & will use JV again.
On returning I found that no cash back had been paid so queried this with Topcasback. I then had an email from James Villa’s checking if everything was OK, I confirmed I had not received payment; they got onto Topcashback & sorted straight away.
