Great amount offered, quick payment, we had the cashback before we had even gone on holiday and even had a chase email from James Villas to make sure we received our money. Would use again!

Initially slow to track but actually received an e-mail from James Villa themselves apologising for the delay and making sure that cash back has been received. Excellent customer service.

Booked through cashback, and received confirmation that casback was pending, even spoke to James Villas about the booking and said we were booking through cashback, but James now say they can't find anything even though we have paid in full, disappointed!

My money was paid after I had taken my holiday, around 3 months after booking. Great service by James Villas. Made a few changes to the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very impressed and will book with them again (via Topcashback of course)

Cashback did not track initially. Raised claim with Topcashback which was quickly acknowledge, sent to merchant who authorised and paid within a few weeks. Very satisfied and the holiday villa was great too!

So Villa was very good. And holiday was fine not the greatest travel agent but no real complaints. Issue was with the cashback at the time they were offering £75. 10 months later I finally receive an email stating I did not meet the terms and conditions. Really I just don't believe that want to honour it. Don't count on cashback from James Villa

Booked James Villas through TopCashBack 2011 & 2012 and both times had to make a claim after the initial track "disappeared". Took approx 8 months to get the 2011 payment and 2012 payment still not resolved after 10 months.
No correspondence from TopCashBack after a nudge every month.

A little annoying that 3 months on, the cashback of £60 is still not tracking in my account. I have had no problems with other cashback claims. The balance has been paid in full. I will keep chasing, but don't expect to receive this cashback. It will be interesting to see if this is a common problem. Based on the last lot of reviews above, it appears to be the case. Topcashback should take this merchant off it's list if it isn't honouring the cashback or doesn't have the systems in place to do so.

Paid the balance of my holiday today and just seen that my cash back amount has dropped down to zero! The balance payment is not due until the 10th - so I am not late paying it, so that cannot be the reason. Has anyone experienced this before, has it dropped to zero because the balance is due and will it reappear in a few days??? Really not very happy! :-( Hopefully this will be resolved....

Further to my earlier review, I have now received my cashback, one year on. This was after nudging every three months and in the end contacting James Villas Customer Service team directly. It should not need to be this difficult, but the cashback amounts can be large.

Do not book this expecting to receive your cashback. I clicked through this and spent in excess of £4500 and now over a year later it still has not even been tracked. I have submitted a mising claim and it is still 'waiting for retailer'. Abolutely useless, don't bother!!!
