Very good cashback offered, so went with John Greed, however after waiting for over a year i have to give up on ever receiving my £22 cashback. It didnt track and they are refusing to pay out. Not very happy and not likely to use them again, however i was happy with the items received... Just think it was deceitful to offer a good cashback and not pay out!

I believe this company have no intention on paying out cash back, especially on larger transactions! My £12 cash back on £127 cash back was rejected on the premise that another search engine was involved. Funny... didn't carry out my transaction any differently than normal? Their loss of potential sales as that was my first and last purchase! Avoid.

Purchased item and cash back tracked straight way. Unfortunately for no reason the cash back has become payable at 0.00 - Back to The Jewel Hut for future purchases - Never had problems there!!!

Abysmal customer service from Greedy re Pandora products - if you're not going to offer cashback on Pandora tell your customers then we will shop at Argento instead!

Won't be using John Greed (how apt a name!) again. Took an absolute age to process my cashback claim before finally rejecting it claiming it's not offered on Pandora purchases. That's all well and good, but you DIDN'T STATE THAT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE so I don't feel it fair to reject past cashback claims with present T&Cs.

Same has happened to me bought a pandora product in April 2013 and still not received cash back it is apparently still being chased now I know I won't be getting my money. Will not shop with them again

Ordered Xmas pressie 25th Nov, retailer weren't prepared to accept as missing in post until 17th Dec - and then couldn't send replacement as "out of stock". Customer Services polite & professional, but overall a big let down. Won't be using again.

In addition to my previous comment. This merchant did not provide me with the appropriate pandora boxes (well not all of them) and pandora bags as was shown on their web site. I got their own branded bags and boxes instead - they said they ran out of pandora boxes. How helpful that is?

I made a large purchase of pandora jewellery (about £800) just because they offered a 12% cash back. At the time of purchase there were no disclaimers that they will not pay cash back on pandora, it appeared just recently, hence I ordered. Had troubles with their web site as it does not allow to use a credit card not registered in the country where you want the product to be delivered ( in my case the delivery was to the UK address , but the card registered to the address outside of the UK). Lots of hassle with that, sorted at the end. But why would I buy from them again if they don't pay the promissed cashback. Would not buy and would not recommend them.

Awful !! I bought 2 lots of pandora before they decided not to pay out on Pandora, they have now cancelled one of my £11 cash back transactions saying they don't offer cash back on Pandora. I ordered BEFORE they decided to change their terms regarding Pandora purchases. I have spent over £350 and will never ever go back because of this rip off!!!

Cashback got adjusted to zero! Didn't use any discount codes that may have invalidated it so don't know why this was! If you want Pandora I recommend using Argento.

I brought a Pandora bracelet and no cashback was tracked, so I put in a claim however they have come back saying my cashback has been declined due to 'other marketing reasons' although I did not use any promotion codes or anything!! Could of got £5.40 cashback, will be going elsewhere next time who pays the cashback.

I think their switch to stopping cashback for Pandora has been the reason why my purchase from 10 months ago which didn't originally get paid is still held in limbo! I suspect I'll never it the cashback now!

I purchased a ring in April from them and it tracked initially and then showed 0 on my account. After chasing I have been told that my claim has been rejected and that 'the validation criteria was not met'. I did not use a voucher code so did not understand the explanation given and when I queried it Topcashback could not tell me.!!!

Purchased some time ago. Cash back tracked at 0 after having to put a claim in. It has stayed at zero and I have been told that I won't be getting my £9.03 cash back. Last time I use this merchant.

I purchased a Pandora ring from this merchant due to the availability of cashback on Pandora products. The merchant tracked this at 0.0 and has since changed their policy and is refusing to payout. All credit to topcashback who have offered me half of the cashback as a good will gesture. Will not be using John Greed in the future.

Cashback never tracked, put in a claim and have been waiting months. Retailer has now declined cashback... would have been nice to have been told Pandora products were excluded from cashback at the start. No issues with TCB and I know cashback is never guaranteed but feel a little cheated with this retailer.......
