I bought a Pandora item and they suddenly changed their cashback terms and conditions so that it was invalid and I couldn't get cash back. Tried to appeal but to no avail. Very disappointed. Item was also slow to despatch. Highly unlikely to use this retailer again. There are other online retailers of Pandora who are very quick to despatch although they don't offer cashback. First time I have been disappointed with cashback experience.

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered three "in stock" items in good faith, and cashback tracked instantly. 24 hours later two items were dispatched and one item was cancelled from order due to insufficient stock. Remaining items were received promptly and not returned, but merchant has subsequently refused any cashback on the basis that the whole order was cancelled when clearly it wasn't. Won't be using them again.

Twice I have bought from this website via topcashback, and both times the cashback has been declined in spite of lodging a claim. On each occasion the reason for the failed claim is "another website credited with referral" which is absolute rubbish. The first time admittedly I had searched via google then gone back via topcashback, the second time I ONLY went through topcashback.
The only reason I chose this supplier was that when taking into account the cashback it worked out cheaper than other stockists. I will not take this into account again as I do not believe they are fair with their cashback promises at all.
The product itself was fine.

Orders cancelled with no explanation.

Although the cashback amount is good if buying jewellery please use another seller trying to get the cash back from this merchant was trying to get blood from a stone. Great items but poor service by greed jewellers. Great service from top cash back.

Purchased Gift Certificate for a Lincoln-based relative who doesn't have internet access. Website only makes it clear after completing the purchase that the certificate couldn't be used in JG's two Lincoln shops. Cashback on 2 purchases failed to track. Great shop on Steep Hill, Lincoln. Poor online experience.
