DO NOT USE! Declined qualifying cashback for no reason! I don't see the point of them being on here. Terrible. Customer service non existent. They also owe me £650 from last years holiday! Modern day bandits!

34 weeks to go payable! Shocking... I booked my Holiday in August and went away in August 2020. Just checked the payable position to find it states 34 weeks from tracking - well that makes it from 24.08.2020 to 19.04.02021. Crazy delay for a holiday that has been booked, paid for and attended - 7 months to get the cashback payable :( Positives... At least it tracked!

Cashback tracked fine, but estimated payable shows as 14 weeks an over 34 weeks later still isn't payable. Wondering if it will ever be paid

Had to raise a ticket as transaction didn't track. As soon as my holiday had finished i noticed cashback was in my account and payable. Superb cashback award...happy days
