Advertised a 10% cashback rate for hotel bookings but did not pay the advertised rate. I booked over £2000 of hotel rooms and received £25 flat rate for each booking. Less than half the advertised rate and will influence future bookings. Expedia gave 1% less at the time wish I'd gone with them as never had a problem getting them to pay. Currently in process with customer service team but only so much they can do. BEWARE!

Spent £600 on flights with them via TC and then they wouldn't give cashback because they claim that "The network agency has not identified Top Cashback as the last referral for your transaction". Avoid.

6 weeks after my stay and credit still hasn't even been confirmed. Meantime ebookers have paid out for a stay one day earlier than LM. LM certainly living up to the brand name. Shan't be using again
