It's taken Littlewoods - supposedly a faster paying merchant - a month and a half to decide to decline my cashback for two seperate orders of high amounts, however another order for a much smaller amount placed a day later has just been confirmed for being eligible for payout - seems they are unwilling to pay out unless its only for pennies! I've lodged a missing transaction claim but I have a feeling they are going to decline it again with either a rubbish excuse or no excuse at all (I have check and was definately eligible for the cashback). Useless - will not be ordering again.

Placed order for laptop in stock, 1 day before delivery got an email to say order was being cancelled as no longer in stock, suggested alternatives; ordered an alternative, night before delivery got a phone call that laptop was now out of stock too, needless to say after 2 attempts I went elsewhere, really annoyed that they advertise items as in stock when this is not the case, and even worse they suggest alternatives and these become out of stock after order been placed.

Rubbish - have refused cashback because I had to call Littlewoods to confirm my address for security, but rather than just continue with the order, Littlewoods cancelled and re-ordered it, which has affected my cashback. Are they doing this to avoid paying perhaps?! Absolute con.

My last comment on this site stated how QuickThe money was in my account after ordering. They also state fast payments. Well the time given has pasted for payment so maybe they are not fast payers. Will see how much longer it takes watch this space.

Although ordering was quick and simple and the courier was next day I am still waiting for cashback 4 months later. None of the orders that I have placed have tracked they all had to be submitted manually by me :(

No problem tracking small amounts but conveniently for them have had a couple of transactions for a few hundred pounds and these ones never get tracked and to date still not resolved and seen anything 9 months later. Just had to lodge another claim for a large amount.

Cashback was declined. I made a purchase in December 2009, I then had to submit a missing cashback claim which I nudged on several occassions over the following months. I have now been told by topcashback that it has been declined and they said "Please do note that the actual validity of your transaction and the fact that is has been you who has made this, is not being disputed"

buying from littlewoods is wonderful,you order then you wait a few days and there is your delivery man pulling up,but the bestb bit you get commision on your purchase and to top it all top cahback give you rewards,everyone out there ..go on try it .

Littlewoods gave me a bargain pair of shoes so I'm not worried too much about cashback, which has already tracked. Their Collectplus service was particularly interesting as it delivered to my local shop without me having to receive at home. Very good service.
