Cash back is brill and is excepted very quickly but could offer more cash back for existing customers who have been with littlewoods for a very long time.

I have ordered twice recently and neither transaction has tracked.
On the plus side both packages arrived within days of the order being placed. On the minus side the second order was placed due to the first being incorrect.
Disappointing on a number of fronts and so not a business I would recommend without hesitation.

I really don't know why I bother with Littlewoods. Last purchase hasn't tracked (again), takes ages if I pursue through TCB and Littlewoods drag their feet to pay out if they bother. Never been impressed with their link to TCB

I've just had to follow up on 4 lots of cashback due dating back to Oct 11, I realised that I had not seen my orders track and I am a regular user of Littlewoods often paying my account of in full all the time, not sure why these amounts have never tracked?

I have only had one successful cash-back from littlewoods/kandco who are the same company however, when I say that its not been listed they get back to the retailer and I am reimbursed. So no problems there. Now I always make sure I log into the site before I click the link if I log in after following TCB's link I have problems, the same on ebay etc. As well it seems cashback for me goes through ok once I have logged in and then I click TBC Link, so theres a tip for folks.
