Appalling service. Accidentally booked the wrong day and asked to cancel and rebook within 10 minutes. Was told they would have to charge £79 admin and the profit on the new seats for the new day. Total cost £162 admin fee to swap to a month later. The new seats weren't even like for like but much worse. They simply hide behind pathetic rules. Lost £400, will never ever use again.
