Bought 2 top-price tickets to see the Marc h 1st final performance of One Man, Two Guvnors from London Theatre Direct directly through Top Cashback, never leaving the site. Yet LTD refused to pay out the cashback which was due, claiming I'd bought the tickets via another source, which is blatantly a lie - the only issue I encountered during the purchase was that the LTD site kept freezing, but I stayed with it throughout.
My advice - avoid at all costs if you're hoping for cashback and use another ticket source!

No problem when collecting tickets but the price I paid on the web site is more expensive than the front of the tickets. But we were upgraded for better seats.
Took a little while to confirm cash back.
