Topcashback are great, Lookfantastic are not.
Rarely have any issues with Topcashback. However, I agree with the comments on here, as lookfantastic are finding anyway not to pay.

NO cash back no matter what I do
I have ordered from LookFantastic three times in the last year and have received NO cash back.
Not only have the purchases not tracked automatically, I've submitted manual claims for each of them and they have been denied with the reason of "the purchase hasn't been seen". I have dutifully followed all suggestions/recommendations to ensure my purchases are seen, to no avail.
My first order I missed out in £2.34 cash back. The second order I missed out on £7.26 cash back. And my last order - in which I ordered extra to go over a threshold - I missed out on £18.27 cash back.
I will not order from here again, I will find someplace else.

Declined cashback
I made two purchases during a 20% cashback promotion for this retailer of which I was notified by email from TopCashback. The purchases tracked quickly at the correct amount but, three days later, both transactions have been declined.

Will not track false deals
Retailer has declined cash back despite me using the link and following all the usual steps. Only made purchase with the good offer. It is a lie and TCB won’t help despite still falsely advertising the offer. Never had issues previously or with other cashback sites. Do better.

Cashback will not track or pay out
I use this retailer a fair amount for skincare, make-up etc. In EVERY single instance the cashback has not tracked, and the retailer has refused the claim.

Use this app.
I don’t often use this app. But it is good to know I can save some of my money when I do, hardest thing is to remember the app. It is annoying when you have just ordered something and didn’t use the app as you can save some of your money. Great deals all the time on the app.

Retailer shows large amount of cashback on offer which doesn't track upon purchase and then refuses a claim. Make of it what you will..

LF doesn't track and then refusing to pay Cashback when claims are input
I have been denied 2 claims from LookFanastic - one for a very expensive perfume and onw for a reasonably small order. The wording used was "The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This does mean that we aren’t able to source any funds on this purchase." in both cases and I now have 2 screenshots that show that the link provided by Topcashback for LF brings up this page for a few seconds before it reverts to LF main page. Really disappointed and won't use LF again. Looking at other 1 star reviews it seems I'm not the only one.

Don’t bother
Whenever there’s a bonus offer from Quidco for Lookfantastic and I make a purchase through the site, as Iv done literally hundreds of times before (although I usually use the other big cashback site instead of this one as the cashback rates are higher, it gets rejected. All the “could be because of this and that” are totally invalid as I know the dos and donts. Last time ended up losing quite a significant amount of cashback and Quidco were no help whatsoever. It always tracks and pays out on the other site I use. It feels like Quidco lures buyers in with the bonus cashback offer the denies your cashback (or maybe just for a certain percentage of customers) to make it profitable for them. Never ever using this site for LF cashback again. It literally gets rejected every times

Rejected my claim
They rejected my cashback claim. I was attracted by the high percentage of cashback and went for it however they did not tracked and even rejected my claim request. When I asked for details they pushed me to check with my cashback web. But it was the merchant rejected not the cashback site. If they were not able to offer should not put that up!

They only honoured me for the first time purchase…. Havent heard from them for the second and third time purchases. Should have purchased from other retailers!!!

They won't honour the cashback amount
Had purchased through them, cashback advertised at 15%, this was all properly recorded through Top cashback. A week or so later, the merchant reduced the value by a factor of 10, so it went from £15 to £1.50.
Raised as issue with Top cashback, the merchant responded with "The correct amount has been applied", without honouring the original amount.
Avoid if you can.
