	Cashback pending since 1st Sept... Was meant to be £15, tracked at £5- TopCashback said it was £5 as that what the rate was on the day (it wasn't, it was £15 because when I selected the £100 purchas to query it said £15. I have no screenshots of this unfortunately) I'm still awaiting cashback over 3 months later. Will consider buying an advent calendar elsewhere if this is how LookFantastic treats its customers)

	Avoid Same as many other comments on here. Avoid completely. Cashback didn't track, raised a missing cashback claim, was rejected for the "we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed". I will not be buying from them again.

	Cashback doesn’t appear Multiple high value purchases and no cash back showing in account and no information when it’s reported as missing. Made sure i didn't use the app, or a discount code and the web browser wasn't blocking anything. Think from my last check I'm missing at-least 3 cashback amounts.

	Look fantastic reject cashback all the time I have recently started having my cashback rejected by LF despite following the correct process. They are doing anything they can not to pay out. You raise a ticket and it comes back with the same reply saying “topcashback weren’t seen as the reason for the transaction”. Even though I have the screenshot saying my visit was recorded.

	Topcashback are great, Lookfantastic are not. Rarely have any issues with Topcashback. However, I agree with the comments on here, as lookfantastic are finding anyway not to pay.

	NO cash back no matter what I do I have ordered from LookFantastic three times in the last year and have received NO cash back. Not only have the purchases not tracked automatically, I've submitted manual claims for each of them and they have been denied with the reason of "the purchase hasn't been seen". I have dutifully followed all suggestions/recommendations to ensure my purchases are seen, to no avail. My first order I missed out in £2.34 cash back. The second order I missed out on £7.26 cash back. And my last order - in which I ordered extra to go over a threshold - I missed out on £18.27 cash back. I will not order from here again, I will find someplace else.

	Declined cashback I made two purchases during a 20% cashback promotion for this retailer of which I was notified by email from TopCashback. The purchases tracked quickly at the correct amount but, three days later, both transactions have been declined.

	Will not track false deals Retailer has declined cash back despite me using the link and following all the usual steps. Only made purchase with the good offer. It is a lie and TCB won’t help despite still falsely advertising the offer. Never had issues previously or with other cashback sites. Do better.

	Cashback will not track or pay out I use this retailer a fair amount for skincare, make-up etc. In EVERY single instance the cashback has not tracked, and the retailer has refused the claim.

	Use this app. I don’t often use this app. But it is good to know I can save some of my money when I do, hardest thing is to remember the app. It is annoying when you have just ordered something and didn’t use the app as you can save some of your money. Great deals all the time on the app.
