Why the negatives? Dont use chrome they block tracking cookies! These Guys always pay and i have used them for Years! Customer service is brilliant- No quibbles returns-I just bought £40 of stuff for £25 with free first class postage and got £5.30 Cashback --One of the Best Merchants on here and are miles in front of any other seller of its kind even without the cashback!

Undeniably a great merchant with good customer service, BUT their cash back leaves a lot to be desired. Despite doing everything correctly I have never received anything on two transactions, one dating back to December 2013. Needs to be improved!

I adore LoveHoney.
Depends on the item as to whether it's available cheaper elsewhere but generally not, cashback is generous and always tracks quickly for me. Had 2 instances of dealing with LH customer service in umpteen purchases - one they were fantastic, sorted it out straight away and once they were a nightmare, just depends who you get but they're usually very good.

I really don't know how these guys make money! Their prices are great, they offer free postage and have a very generous level of cashback. I'm guessing it's the customer service that draws customers back for more orders as I really can't fault them. I've ordered several things over the last few years and they've always been spot on. If only all retailers were like this!
