Ha Ha awsome - I took advantage of an offer they had 3 items for £10 normal cost if i bought separatly about £19 so i save £9 to start with then got cashback based on he £19 not the £10 so got just over £4 cash back to i got all 3 of my items for £6.... What a bargain.

Lovehoney did not pass on the cashback promised - instead they said that the cashback had been sent to a different agent but they would not disclose details of the agent - Absolute rubbish! Thoroughly unreliable company.

A massive 22% on what is already the best prices on the net especially as all there items are free postage
A second to none Service coupled with amazing customer service and guaranteed items - Send back if any probs

With a rate of 22% cashback and a cool, timely delivered, boy's toy (:D), the only thing I can say is I wish I knew they were on TopCashBack the previous two times I shopped there. :-)))
Got a 'tracked transaction' e-mail 6 hours after ordering with a 'payable' date within a month. Suuuuuper! :P

My first order tracked fine, great cashback rate and quick to payout. However second order didn't track correctly, still waiting 4 months after submitting claim to receive anything. Disappointing since I spent quite a bit of cash.

It's true what everyone is saying about LoveHoney; they really are the best experience I have ever had on TCB. The item tracked immediately; I received an eMail to say deliver would be made tomorrow morning by 1:00pm and FREE Postage to-boot. I can't get over the Cashback offered too... 21.21% and I got the top rate... wow.. this truly brings the cost down very nicely at a time when we are all watching the pennies. Will definately shop here again and again and again.

This will be my first review of a merchant for 'Top Cash Back' and it will be a bad one for Love Honey.
I made a purchase back in October 2010 and as of yet I have not received my cash back.
So in short I would not reccomend this merchant if your expecting some cash back, as you will not get it.
The products ordered were of a high quality though, so I happy in that sense.

I don't often review but this merchant has easily got to be my best experience on this site. Faultless service from the retailer with customer service , product quality and costs being the best of their peers . They offer great daily deals just to add a little bit more sweetness to the site.
All that is further added to by the cashback . one of the largest cashback on the site with an amazing +20% cashback normally but even better , it is usually confirmed and paid in a flash . Paid out within the month , far better than most retailers on here.
I have trouble finding any fault with them and can't reccommend them enough if they stock what you are after, well worth just checking them out to see if the cashback brings the amount down considerably lower than competitors.

After seeking cashback on a £95 purchase, this merchant has refused cashback payment. No reason was given, but I am highly disappointed. I'll shop elsewhere in the future.
